IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 5 (1) of the Sigalagala National Polytechnic Order, the Cabinet Secretary for Education appoints— Under subsection (a)— Genevieve Atamba Mwayuli – Chairperson, Under subsection (d)— Victor Keraro Nyarangi, to be the Non-Executive Chairperson and Member of the Sigalagala National Polytechnic Council, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 30th April, 2026.
