THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Eleonore Von Aesch, of P.O. Box 1521–80108, Kilifi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of freehold ownership interest of all the piece of land, known as L.R. No. 3217 (Original No. 3212/6) Section III in Mainland North, north of Mtwapa Creek in the Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 28871, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register has been lost, and whereas the owner has executed deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
