REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Gichini Ngugi (ID/13840260), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as Ruiru West Block 1(Githunguri)/1889, situate in the district of Ruiru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease of the said piece of land is missing and the efforts made to locate the said certificate of lease have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to issue another certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
