REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Isaiah Odiour Ochanda and (2) Elizabeth Akinyi Odiour, both of P.O. Box 14, Suna in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land, situate in Migori County, registered under title No. Suna East/Wasweta I/7461, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
