REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Great East Corporation Limited, of P.O. Box 62097– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land known as L.R. No. 1363/32 (Original No. 1363/2/30), situate in Thika Area, by virtue of a conveyance, registered as Vol. H28, Folio 161, File 23832, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
