REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Kabui Ngatia, of P.O. Box 178, Mweiga in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 5.24 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Gatarakwa/Gatarakwa Block 2/47, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) issued thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to tracethe land register has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct of the land register (green card) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
