REGISTRATION

WHEREAS John Mbugua Kungu (ID/6438433), of P.O. Box 1856–30200, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in Trans Nzoia County, known as Kitale Municipality Block 6/159, by virtue of a grant, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
