THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Amos Limayan Kitoi and (2) Hawa Saidi (ID/11385741), both of P.O. Box 60, Ngong Hills in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 0.405 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. Ngong/Ngong/12328, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to open a new land register and the missing land register shall be deemed to be of no effect.
