THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Kipkorir Rotich (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the county of Uasin Gishu, known as Tembelio/Kimoning Block 1(Cheburbur)/173, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Eldoret in Succession Cause No. E90 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Sarah Jelagat, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Kipkorir Rotich (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
