THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Susan Kanaisa Onyango (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the county of Uasin Gishu, known as Uasin Gishu/Kimumu Cheme/1637, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Eldoret in Succession Cause No. E366 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Samuel Olobe Onyango alias Samwel Alube Onyango, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Susan Kanaisa Onyango (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
