THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wilfred Mburu Kimani (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 4.0 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, known as Mwea/Ngucwi/111, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya in Succession Cause No. 98 of 2016, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Nancy Wanjiru Kimani (ID/3463230), (2) Kenneth Kimani Mburu (ID/10453647 and (3) Kiragu Kimani (ID/7113030), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to (1) Nancy Wanjiru Kimani (ID/3463230), (2) Kenneth Kimani Mburu (ID/10453647 and (3) Kiragu Kimani (ID/7113030), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Wilfred Mburu Kimani (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
