REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Collins Kiprono Kibitok (ID/24173591), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.84 hectares or thereabout, registered under title No. Sipili/Donyoloip Block 1/3828 (Laikipia), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed was fraudulently acquired, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land title deed shall be deemed cancelled, null and void and of no effect, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
