TAKE NOTICE that: 1. A first meeting of creditors has been requested by the Administrator of Mwanainchi Bakers and Confectioners Limited (In Administration) and will be held virtually on Friday, 22nd May, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. via an online platform. Access details for the virtual meeting will be shared with creditors who confirm their attendance. 2. Creditors are requested to confirm their attendance by email using the details provided below as the meeting will be held virtually, registered creditors will receive the relevant access and login details upon confirmation. Please provide confirmation by Friday, 15th May, 2026. 3. The Administrator will circulate their statement of proposals to all creditors with claims against the company ahead of the meeting. 4. To vote at the meeting, creditors must have submitted their claim against the company, together with appropriate supporting documentation, to the administrator. Any creditor that has not already submitted their claim against the company is advised to do so at the address (including email) provided below on or before Friday, 15th May, 2026. 5. Creditors may attend the meeting either in person or by way of proxy. Proxies to be used at the meeting will be shared with the creditors together with the proposals and must be lodged with the administrator at the postal or email address provided below on or before Friday,15th May , 2026.
