NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th April, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 418, in Volume D1, Folio 121/1260, File MMXXIV, by our client, Fatuma Ali Abdalla (guardian), of P.O. Box 40002– 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Khalid Mohamed Said Bakhresa (minor), formerly known as Khalid Mohamed Saidi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Khalid Mohamed Saidi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Khalid Mohamed Said Bakhresa, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Khalid Mohamed Said Bakhresa only.
