NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th March, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1152, in Volume D1, Folio 135/1396, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Irene Maende Mandu, of P.O. Box 73442– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Irene Maende Wanderi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Irene Maende Wanderi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Irene Maende Mandu, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Irene Maende Mandu only.
