IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 179 of the Constitution of Kenya as read with sections 30 (2) (e), 32 (3) and 35 of the County Governments Act, 2012, I, Kenneth Makelo Lusaka, Governor of Bungoma County, reassign the members of the County Executive Committee named in the first column of the Schedule, to the Departments respectively specified in the second column of the Schedule with effect from the 18th April, 2026.
