REGISTRATION

WHEREAS William and Kimberley Holdings Limited, of P.O. Box 98331, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0278 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, Subdivision No. 19460/I/MN, registered under title No. C.R. 63205, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register has been lost notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a new title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
