THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Gikera Gatuhi, of P.O. Box 426, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0395 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered under title No. Mombasa/Ziwa La Ngombe/840, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and issue a provisional certificate of title under provision of section 33 (3).
