REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Vinpra Holdings LLP, of P.O. Box 89977–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor leasehold ownership interest of all that office space on Mezzanine Floor, containing 10, 000 Square feet or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, erected on Subdivision No. MN/I/21712, registered under title No. C.R. 71548, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land register has been lost notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a new title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
