REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Njihia Maina Gakuya (ID/2084269), of P.O. Box 334–30200, Kitale in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.162 hectare or thereabouts, known as Sinyerere/Sitatunga Block 1/Mukuyu/419, situate in the county of Trans Nzoia, by virtue of a certificate of title, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
