REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Peter Mwangi Waithaka, (2) Jackson Wainaina Ngunyi and (3) Dickson Githui Karonji, as trustees of Kasathiro Fraternity Organization, are registered as proprietors in ownership interest of all those pieces of land, situate in Kiambu County, known as Gatuanyaga/Ngoliba Block 1/3057, 3058 and 3073, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
