THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mathew Mwangi Ndathini (ID/23654211), of P.O. Box 1, Kitui in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.31, 0.05 and 0.045 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kitui, registered under title Nos. Mutomo/Mwala/1042, 1191 and 1746, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
