REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Philip Dickson Angore, of P.O. Box 90469–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land, known as Gede/Mijomboni/3230, containing 2.98 hectares or thereabout situate in Kilifi County and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
