THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Rahimudin Abdulrazak Hussein and (2) Reyazudin Abdulrazak Hussein, both of P.O. Box 870–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land, known as L.R. No. 5374/I/MN, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 21262, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (5).
