THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Abu Mohamed, of P.O. Box 69495–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Portion No. 634 Malindi, containing 2.53 acres or thereabout, situate in the Malindi in Kilifi District, registered as L.T. 34, Folio 180, File 2763, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (folio) in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (5).
