REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Simon Jacob Tunje, of P.O. Box 42, Lugari in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that those pieces of land known as Kilifi/Bandarasalama/904, 905, 906 and 907, situate in the district of Kilifi and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land registers in respect thereof are lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall issue new green cards as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
