REGISTRATION

Whereas Hosewell Kagwe Muchane (deceased), is the registered proprietor of all that parcel of land, known as L.R. No. 1049/304, situate in the Kiambu District in north west of Kikuyu, by virtue indenture, registered as Volume N143, Folio 48, File 36441, and whereas the office has established that (1) Shadrack Nyamweya Jeremiah and (2) John Njuguna Muga, fraudulently misrepresented documents of transfer by false pretense, procured and registered transfers through fraud, to themselves vide indenture registered on the 19th August, 2025, and whereas the office has issued adequate notice to (1) Shadrack Nyamweya Jeremiah and (2) John Njuguna Muga to surrender the said indenture for cancellation under section 14 (a) and section 79 (2) of the Act and the regulations thereof, and have done so through their advocate, and whereas (1) David Muchane Kagwe and (2) Ngugi Kagwe Muchane, administrators of the estate of Hosewell Kagwe Muchane (deceased), have produced the original documents in respect of the parcel which the office has authenticated as the genuine documents in respect of the parcel that form part of the records held at the central registry, notice is given that the indenture registered in the names of (1) Shadrack Nyamweya Jeremiah and (2) John Njuguna Muga, stand deregistered and cancelled.
