THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jane Taplelei Ngerechi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Miti Mingi/Mbaruk Block 3/611, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. 21 of 2018, has issued grant in favour of (1) Anthony Kipkemoi Tanui, (2) Reina Cherotich Ngetich and (3) Rebecca Cherono Chumo, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50, and whereas the title deed in respect of Jane Taplelei Ngerechi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50 in the names (1) Anthony Kipkemoi Tanui, (2) Reina Cherotich Ngetich and (3) Rebecca Cherono Chumo, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Jane Taplelei Ngerechi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
