REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nathaniel Kipkoech Melep (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Rongai/Rongai Block 1/2032 (Kiamango), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. 827 of 1999, has issued grant in favour of (1) Recho Chebet Melep, (2) Weldon Kiprono Koech and (3) Michael Kipngeno Koech, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50, and whereas the title deed in respect of Nathaniel Kipkoech Melep (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50 in the names (1) Recho Chebet Melep, (2) Weldon Kiprono Koech and (3) Michael Kipngeno Koech, and upon such registration the land title deed issued 8th May, 2026 THE KENYA GAZETTE earlier to Nathaniel Kipkoech Melep (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
