THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Thomas Kipyego Bitok (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known Turbo East/Leseru Block 7 (Leseru)/129, situate in Uasin Gishu County, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Eldoret in Succession Cause No. E59 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Rebecca Jepkemboi Maritim, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Thomas Kipyego Bitok (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
