GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 6718

WHEREAS Kiboi Kamau (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.16 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Aguthi/Ithekahuno/664, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Embu in Succession Cause No. E111 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to (1) Jason Rutere Kiboi and (2) Zephaniah Njue Kiboi, as the administrator and the beneficiaries being (1) Jason Rutere Kiboi, (2) Nancy Wanjiru Kiboi, (3) Kamau Kivoi, (4) Zephania Njue Kiboi, (5) Samson Kariuki, (6) Beatrice MutituKiboi, (6) Susan Wanja kiboi, (7) Margaret Njoki Kiboi, (8) Joyce Kagendo Kiboi, (9) Henry Thuku Kiboi and (10) Karanja Wambugu, and whereas the said title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost/cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 in favour of the said Esther Muthoni Kibira, as the administrator and (1) Jason Rutere Kiboi and (2) Zephaniah Njue Kiboi, as the administrator and the beneficiaries being (1) Jason Rutere Kiboi, (2) Nancy Wanjiru Kiboi, (3) Kamau Kivoi, (4) Zephania Njue Kiboi, (5) Samson Kariuki, (6) Beatrice MutituKiboi, (6) Susan Wanja Kiboi, (7) Margaret Njoki Kiboi, (8) Joyce Kagendo Kiboi, (9) Henry Thuku Kiboi and (10) Karanja Wambugu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kiboi Kamau (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
