THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Francis Mwangi Hinga (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.202 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nyandarua/Silibwet/2522, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Othaya in Succession Cause No. E19 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Jane Wanjiru Mwangi (ID/1834972), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Francis Mwangi Hinga (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Francis Mwangi Hinga (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
