THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gordan Njagi Ireri (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.84 hectares or thereabout, registered under title No. Kagaari/Kigaa/2635, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Runyenjes in Succession Cause No. E125 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration to Suleiman Ngari Njagi, and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of Suleiman Ngari Njagi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gordan Njagi Ireri (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
