THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Tabitha Wanjiru Nduru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Gilgil/Karunga Block 7/3, containing 0.480 hectare or thereabouts, and whereas in the Senior Chief Magistrate’s Court at Naivasha in Succession Cause No. E83 of 2025, has issued grant of letters of administration to Mary Njeri Kinyanjui, and whereas all efforts to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue the land title deed to Mary Njeri Kinyanjui, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Tabitha Wanjiru Nduru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
