THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwinzi Kituku (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 1.6 and 0.12 hectares or thereabout, known as Matinyani/Kauma/205 and 371, situate in the district of Kitui, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kitui in Succession Cause No. 155 of 2018, has issued letters of administration in favour of Benson Nyalo Mwinzi, and whereas the said Benson Nyalo Mwinzi has executed land application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 39, and whereas the land title deeds issued earlier to Mwinzi Kituku (deceased) have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with registration of the said L.R.A. 39, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to Mwinzi Kituku (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
