THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ndemwa Nzilu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 9.93 hectares or thereabout, situate in district of Kitui, known as Mutonguni/Kaimu/3176, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kitui in Succession Cause No. E298 of 2023 has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Perminus Musili Ndemwa, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Ndemwa Nzilu (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and issue land title deed to the said Perminus Musili Ndemwa, and upon such registration, the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ndemwa Nzilu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
