THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(Cap. 300)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Jacob Okemba Ongondo and (2) Tom Mboya Okungu, are registered as Proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Kisumu/Kajimbo/607 situate in the county of Kisumu, and whereas a summon was issued by the land registrar at Nyando land registry, dated the 22nd October, 2025, and later 11th February, 2026, and whereas determination was made to expunge the register of Kisumu/Kajimbo/607 in the names of (1) Jacob Okemba Ongondo and (2) Tom Mboya Okungu, and whereas they were directed to surrender the original title within fourteen (14) days and the same has not been surrendered, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense within the production of the said land title deed and proceed to expunge register record in the names of (1) Jacob Okemba Ongondo and (2) Tom Mboya Okungu, and the register Kisumu/Kajimbo/607 in the name of (1) Jacob Okemba Ongondo and (2) Tom Mboya Okungu, and upon expunging the said land title deed issued to the said (1) Jacob Okemba Ongondo and (2) Tom Mboya Okungu, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
