THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mwanamkasi Masudi Bakari (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Kwale/Msambweni “A”/3098, situate in district of Kwale, and whereas in the Kadhi’s Court at Kwale in Succession Cause No. E53 of 2021, has vested the property to Ali Omari Paku, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Mwanamkasi Masudi Bakari (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 of the said application, and whereas upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mwanamkasi Masudi Bakari (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
