REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Bildad Misoke Mack Ouma, (2) Collins Oduor Oloo, (3) Gladys Vugutsa Imbwana and (4) Samwel Oluoch Odhiambo, are the registered proprietors of all those picces of land, situate in Migori County, known as Suna East/Kakrao/7933, 7934, 7968, 10383 and 10384, respectively, whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Rongo in Succession Cause No. E9 of 2025 has issued an order of cancellation of all subdivisions of the land parcel Nos. Suna East/Kakrao/7933, 7934, 7968, 10383 and 10384, and restoration of the original title being Suna East/Kakrao/75, all that title land deed issued to (1) Bildad Misoke Mack Ouma, (2) Collins Oduor Oloo, (3) Gladys Vugutsa Imbwana and (4) Samwel Oluoch Odhiambo, respectively, if not surrendered within thirty (30) days will be null and void and of no effect.
