PURSUANT to the provisions of section 40 (1, 2, 3) and 49 (1) Section 40 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above draft plan was completed on the 28th April, 2026. 2346 2346 The Plan relates to land situated within Isiolo municipality, Isiolo County. A copy of the draft plan has been deposited for public inspection, free of charge between the hours of 9.00a.m. and 5.00p.m. on working days at the Office of the County Executive Committee Member (CECM), Lands and Physical Planning, Housing and Urban Development, Transport, and Municipal Services, 2nd floor, Ardhi House, Isiolo Town Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may send the same to the County Executive Committee Member, Lands and Physical Planning, Housing and Urban Development, Transport, and Municipal Services, P.O. Box 36–60300, Isiolo, 2nd Floor, Ardhi House, Isiolo Town within sixty (60) days from the date of this notice and such representations shall state the grounds on which they are made.
