PURSUANT to the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, Chapter IV Part 43 (1) on right to highest attainable standard of health, the County Governments Act, 2012, the Primary Health Care Act, 2023, the Kenya Primary Health Care strategic framework 2019–2024 and upon approval by the West Pokot County Executive, the Department of Health and Sanitation, West Pokot County gazettes six (6) Primary Health Care Networks (PCN) in the County as follows: Kapenguria PCN established in August, 2024, Kacheliba PCN established in August, 2024, Sigor PCN established in August, 2024, Alale PCN established in April, 2025, Chepareria PCN established in April, 2025, Kabichbich PCN established in April, 2025, Dated the 4th April, 2026.
