SETTLEMENT

PURSUANT to section 6 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya), notice is given to the owners of the following vehicles lying at AutoBoss Technics & Spares situated along the Southern Bypass in Nairobi, that due to their failure to collect the same and pay the outstanding charges, the custodian intends to sell the same within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication and the proceeds shall be applied towards settlement of the outstanding charges without any further reference to the owners.
