ACT

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38), notice is given to Maize Milling Company Limited, the owner of Trailer Reg. No. ZB 8770 and Chassis No. 3300, booked by Pawa Auctioneers, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication from Auckland Storage Investment Yard, Kiambu Road, upon payment of all outstanding storage charges together with any other incidental costs incurred by the company until delivery of the motor vehicle is taken. Notice is further given that should the owner fail to take delivery within the stipulated period as herein stipulated, the motor vehicle shall be sold by public auction or private treaty and all proceeds of the sale or part thereof shall be used to defray the outstanding amount owing.
