REGISTRATION

NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owner of motor vehicle Registration No. KBF 010K, Toyota Saloon White, lying at Sunbelt Motors storage yard, industrial area Nairobi, that the owner should take delivery of the said vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of publication, failure to which the same shall be sold either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds thereof shall be used to defray the accrued custody and costs without any further refences to the owner.
