NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 5 of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and following an authority and an order under Miscellaneous Applications No. E142 of 2026 in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Thika Law Courts, to the 2358 2358 Public/Owners/Custodians of motor vehicles and Motorcycles which are lying idle and unclaimed within Juja Police Yard to collect the said Motor vehicles, motorcycles, scrap metals at the said yard within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication of this notice.
