NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya and following the orders given under Miscellenous Application No. E56 of 2025 by the Magistrate’s Court at Kangundo, to the owners of the following motor cycles and motor vehicles lying unclaimed and uncollected at KBC Police Station to collect them within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication upon payment of all incidental cost including the cost of this publication failure to which Messrs. Lysajoy Auctioneers is authorized to sell them through Public auction without any other notice nor reference to the owners.
