NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th April, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1028, in Volume D1, Folio 145/1480, File No. MMXXVI, by our client, Rose Jematya Lemasika, formerly known as Rose Jematya Kotut, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Rose Jematya Kotut and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Rose Jematya Lemasika, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Rose Jematya Lemasika only.
