NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 23rd April, 2026, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 773, in Volume D1, Folio 186/1405, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Miriam Njamiu Mwangi, of P.O. Box 2382– 20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Miriam Njamiu Kingori, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Miriam Njamiu Kingori, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Miriam Njamiu Mwangi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Miriam Njamiu Mwangi only.
