TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: THE KENYA GAZETTE 8th May, 2026 CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2026 By (1) Daniel Ndungu Kagunda Kabiru, (2) Elizabeth Gachamiu Muiyuro and (3) Samuel Maina Kabiru, for a grant of probate of the last will of Hannah Wanjeri Kabiro alias Hannah Wanjeri Kabiru, who died on 19th October, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
