TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2024 By (1) Andrew Kibiego Mworor, (2) Elizabeth Chepketer Mworor and (3) Christina Cheptumo Morur, all of P.O. Box 230, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of probate of the will to the estate of Kapon Chepsigis alias Grace Cheptoo, who died at Talau Sub-location, on 20th August, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
